We choose Swedish raw materials according to the season as far as we can.
Our tasteful chefs prepare all food from scratch, as well as bake fresh bread and delicious pastries themselves.Our ambition at Stallgården is that there should be as little waste as possible, preferably nothing at all.
We want it to be a sustainable soil to live on for a long time, but we also want to serve good food, not only good but also good for us to eat.
